Shipping

We are the only source for our products, and we can ship anywhere in the world. Our DVD does not have region-specific restrictions, and it will play anywhere in the world. In most cases, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, regardless of the selected shipping method. You will have the option to select a shipping method when you place your order. When we process your order, we will send an email with shipping confirmation, tracking information, and a receipt. The shipping cost is calculated in the shopping cart when you place your order. (Choose "add shipping" to select your shipping option.)

Please note that in the USA, Federal Express cannot deliver to Post Office Box addresses; please provide a street address for shipping within the USA. Some shipping methods might not be available for your location. If you do not see any shipping options when placing your order, please email dvd@viscog.com with your complete shipping address or try an alternate address (e.g., a business address or a home address) if possible.

Fastest possible delivery time of 1 business day once the DVD ships (typically with morning delivery).

Federal Express Standard Overnight

Delivery time of 1 business day once the DVD ships (typically with afternoon delivery).

Federal Express 2-day

Delivery time of 2 business days once the DVD ships.

Federal Express EconoSaver

Delivery time of approximately 3 business days to most USA locations once the DVD ships.

Outside the USA

Note that international customers are responsible for all taxes or duties upon delivery.
