Returns/Warranty

Viscog Productions checks every batch of DVDs to verify that they are fully functional. If you have trouble playing the DVD you ordered, please send us email and we will work with you to rectify the problem. If the DVD proves to be defective, we will exchange it for a new one at no charge. Given that DVDs can be damaged by misuse or abuse, we will exchange DVDs only within the first 30 days after a purchase.

As with any DVD, once it has been opened, we cannot provide a refund. If you have questions about the contents of the DVD, please view the products section of the web site or contact us by email prior to ordering.
