Payment

Our online ordering system accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. All prices are in US Dollars. Our DVDs are only available from this website -- we do not sell the DVD through stores or resellers. We can ship the DVD anywhere in the world.

We require payment in advance and we do not accept purchase orders.

For Customers outside the USA

If you are located outside the USA, we can only accept payment online by credit card. We cannot accept payment by check or electronic funds transfer. The customer is responsible for any import taxes or duties upon delivery.

For Customers in the USA

If you are located within the USA, and paying by credit card is not an option for you, we can also accept payment in advance by check. Note that paying by check slows delivery of the DVD because we must wait for your check to arrive before processing and shipping your order. Also note that if we receive a check for the wrong amount, we will be unable to process your order until we receive full payment.

The check must include the shipping/handling charge (as well as sales tax of 7.75% if you are located in Illinois). To determine the cost of shipping, please go to the ordering page and complete the order form (you will not need to enter your credit card information). Make sure to note the requested shipping type when sending your order. If you are uncertain of the appropriate total amount, please email dvd@viscog.com for confirmation in advance of sending the check.

Along with the check, enclose a letter with the name, email address, phone number, and complete shipping address of the person who will be the licensee for the DVD. Please also indicate which DVD you would like to purchase (Vol 1, Vol 2, or Vol 1+2).. If this information is not included with the check, we will be unable to process the order and we may be unable to contact you for more information. An ideal way to provide this information would be to complete the order form online up to the point where it would request your card information. Then, print and mail that page which will include all of the relevant information. If you pay by check but do not hear from us that your order has been processed, we encourage you to email dvd@viscog.com to verify that the check arrived.
